From Coventry to California and New York, Paul’s signature style of using excellent quality produce combined with fresh herbs has seen him take on chef roles at restaurants across the UK and USA. Most recently, Paul launched a crowdfunding campaign via Kickstarter, which allowed him to open his first restaurant in April this year, Salt. Within less than six months Salt has won “The Good Food Guide” award for ‘Best New Entry’ in 2017 and we are delighted to welcome him to Hawkyns.
